Prior to the commencement of DEFECT CO. our director Adam Ryder was a qualified carpenter and building supervisor with over 15 years' experience in the construction industry. Adam has worked on a various range of projects from residential homes through to some of Australia's largest projects.
DEFECT CO. performs building and pest inspections utilising an external pest inspector. Why do this? We are a big believer that the more eyes the better and let the builder inspect the building and our external pest inspector inspect for the likes of termites and other pests that may be present.
We use a range of reporting systems to capture all potential findings allowing for a generated report within hours of completion
At DEFECT CO. we can offer repairs and make goods of all types being licensed builders and carpenters. This allows for a quick turnaround.
